Normally, you can't directly contact Ciabatta. However, I love you all and want you all to annoy him, so there is a way to get in contact!
That way is to leave a message for him with the bartender of the Undertoe. Leaving a way to contact your character is best, and whenever he gets a chance to, he'll do it. Just leave a comment in this post with whatever message your character has for him, and he'll (eventually, he is in hiding after all) respond.
